Pork steak (Ribs) with grilled apricot sauce

Put all the marinade ingredients in a small pot.

Bring to a boil and cook for a few minutes until the apricots become soft.

Allow to cool and press everything with a fork.

Put the meat in a bowl covered with aluminum foil and coat it on all sides with apricot sauce.

Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Heat the grill.

Put the meat without sauce directly on the grill and grease it regularly with apricot sauce.

I put it with the sauce on a special grill foil.

You can replace it with an aluminum foil.

Put the lid on (if you have it) and leave it on each side for 15-20 minutes.

Turn it over and grease it a few times.

I also put some apricots and cherry tomatoes.

I cut the ladder into pieces after 20 minutes.

Serve hot with salad.
