RECIPE PREPARATION Sweet corn:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put in a bowl all the dry ingredients and mix them with the whisk. In another bowl beat the egg well and then add the milk and oil and finally incorporate the dry ingredients. In a cake pan put baking paper and pour the composition you bake. 25-30 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test and it's nicely browned!
you can also put raisins in the composition if you want! I didn't have that if I had I would put it too :)
