Baked eggs, in buns with cheese and zucchini

First we prepare the filling.

Drain the grated zucchini well and lightly fry it in a little olive oil. Let it cool and mix it with cottage cheese and finely chopped dill. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cut a lid from the buns and dig out the core, leaving 4-5 mm edges.

Wrap the buns on the outside with 3 thin slices of bacon, and inside we add the cheese filling with zucchini. We make a hole in the middle and break an egg in each bun.

Place the buns in mini-tart shapes lined with baking paper and bake for 12-15 minutes at 200 degrees. We also put the bun lids on the cultivator, on which we place 2 slices of bacon and one cherry tomato.

They will be very tasty served with stuffed buns.

When we take out the buns, we can decorate them funny, in order to attract the little ones.
