Spinach and cheese pie

I put the cheese on the grater and mixed it with beaten eggs and kefir, then I added the thawed spinach and seasoned with salt and pepper. I divided the mixture into three equal parts.

I divided the thawed sheets into 4. There are 12-13 sheets in the package. I put a little baking paper in the greased tray, then 4 sheets of pie, each greased with oil. It was better with butter, but I forgot to buy it. I put a portion of cheese mixture with spinach, then a series of three sheets, each greased with oil. I repeated the operation with alternating sheets of spinach, until a layer of sheets remained on top.

I put the pie in the oven for about 20-30 minutes, but check according to the oven.

At the end, when the pie was ready and a little brown, I took it out and covered it with a clean napkin, well watered and squeezed. I left it for about 15 minutes, then I portioned. I served breakfast with a glass of kefir.

& # 8211 4 eggs
& # 8211 50 ml sweet cream (cooking)

& # 8211 1 link parsley
& # 8211 salt, pepper
& # 8211 puff pastry dough

Work plan:
Finely chop the onion, then put it to harden (picture 2). Add the spinach and spices to taste (picture 3). Leave it on the fire until the spinach is done. We leave it in a strainer to drain well.
-finely chop the dill and parsley in a bowl beat the 3 eggs. Crush the cheese, add the well drained spinach. (picture 4).
-mix all the ingredients from picture 4 (spinach, cheese, beaten eggs, dill, parsley, sweet cream, spices) (picture 5).
& # 8211 grease a heat-resistant dish with butter, then cover with puff pastry (picture 6). Add the spinach mixture (picture 7), then cover with puff pastry (picture 8). With the remaining puff pastry pieces, form a kind of grill over the pie. Then grease with the remaining beaten egg. (picture 9).
We leave it in the hot oven for about 50-60 minutes, at 160 degrees, until it browns nicely (picture 10)

Method of preparation

If the spinach is canned or frozen, let it drain in a strainer. In the case of fresh spinach, it is scalded, finely chopped and drained.

Heat the onion together with the spinach in oil until the liquid left by the spinach decreases.

Then let it cool for 10-15 minutes.

Grate the cheese, mix with eggs and sour cream. This composition is added over the hardened spinach. Add the chopped dill and pepper to taste.

In a round baking dish we put a baking sheet, over which we place 1 sheet of fragile dough. We shape the sheet so as to cover the walls of the mold.

Pour the composition, over which we add the second sheet of dough and shape into a round shape. The sheet that covers the composition can be shaped as a grid.

Grease the sheet with a beaten egg and put in the preheated oven for 50 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

The pie tray

Mix the yeast with the sugar, until the yeast melts and the mixture becomes liquid. In a large bowl sift the flour and put in the middle the warm water, the mixture of yeast, oil and eggs, salt. Mix with a mixer or a wooden spoon until we have a homogeneous, elastic dough with a soft consistency.

Grease a 35x25 cm tray with butter and flour or butter and baking paper. Pour half of the dough composition into the tray. Use a spatula moistened with water to level the dough. Powder with breadcrumbs. We put a layer of telemea on top, then a layer of gypsy muscles. Pour the rest of the dough on top, level well. Let the pie rest for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 160 & degC. Grease the pie with beaten egg, then put it in the oven for 25-35 minutes or until it is nicely browned and passes the toothpick test.

Let the pie cool a little, then we can slice it. It is delicious, fluffy and very easy to transport to school or office!

Tray Pie - Quick Pie is an excellent recipe, which I highly recommend and I am sure it will be a great success to all who will taste it! With a very fast dough, which you can easily mix simple with a spoon, without the need for a mixer and stuffing, the pie is ideal for the whole family!

Everything you need to know about the recipe: From the given quantities comes a large pie tray, a tray of 35x25 cm, respectively about 10-12 servings. If you want to make a smaller amount, simply halve the ingredients and bake the pie in a smaller tray, 20x20cm or a round tray with a diameter of 32 cm.

You can use fresh yeast (a 40-50g cube) or dry yeast (a 7-10g sachet).

In the dough you can add herbs, chopped spinach, onions or a tablespoon of concentrated tomato paste for extra flavor. to harden them before. You can also add several types of cheese or sausages, but also cooked meat, such as leftovers from last night's steak.

It is an economical pie, very easy to prepare and that allows you to "recycle" the ingredients you already have. It is kept very well for 3-4 days in the cold, wrapped in food foil. You can heat it a little before serving, especially if it has a cheese filling.

Dough preparation:
In a bowl put sifted flour and salt. In the center put the dry yeast, a teaspoon of sugar and add 3-4 tablespoons of warm water and make a mayonnaise. Add the beaten egg with the yogurt. Mix by incorporating flour from the edges. Add the tablespoons of oil and then knead by adding warm water, like bread.

You get a dough that we cover with a plastic wrap if you have a colder in the kitchen or a kitchen towel.


Preparation of the filling:
The spinach is cleaned, washed well and drained of water. Divide the spinach leaves for 2 minutes in a pan with a tablespoon of oil. Drain and chop, but not very finely. Add sweet and salty cheese, the quantities according to your preferences or what you have in the house. Incorporate a beaten egg and grated cheese or parmesan. Season with salt and nutmeg to taste.

For the dough, put in a bowl sifted flour and salt. Cover the dough with a towel and leave it to rise, for about 40 minutes, in a warm place.

For the filling, clean the spinach, wash it well and drain it of water and cut it into strips. Cook the spinach leaves for 2 minutes in a pan with a tablespoon of oil, let it cool and drain it well of the water left. Grate the telemeau and the cheese.
Add sweet and salty cheese, season with salt and nutmeg to taste. Add the beaten egg together with an egg white and mix well.
Divide the dough into two parts and spread a sheet with a diameter of approx. 30 cm and cut it with a lid, then place it in a tray lined with baking paper. Make a circle from the filling, at 2-3 cm from the edges and put a few tablespoons of the filling in the center of the dough.
Place the second sheet on top (which must be slightly larger to be able to cover the entire filling) and glue it by pressing on the portions where there is no filling. Put a small bowl in the center, then cut the pie into 12 equal parts with a sharp knife.
Using a brush, grease the pie with yolk diluted with milk or water and sprinkle flax and sesame seeds on top.
Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for one hour. After it has browned, lower the temperature a little and let it bake.

In a bowl with high walls, beat the eggs well, then add the sweet cheese, telemeau, the mixture of spinach and boiled parsley, and season to taste with salt and pepper. The composition obtained is divided into two equal quantities. Grease the baking tray with a little oil and add the first two sheets of pie, which we also grease with oil.

Over these, add half of the spinach mixture and cover with two more sheets, which we grease with oil. Repeat the operation for the other half of the remaining composition, which is covered at the end with the remaining sheets, each greased with oil. Sprinkle a little grated cheese or cheese on top. Place the tray in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes, then remove and the pie can be served.


PIE WITH SPINACH, STEVIE AND CHEESE

INGREDIENT:

1 pack of pie sheets
250 g scalded, drained and chopped spinach
250 g scalded, drained and chopped stevia
200 g telemea
1 freshly ground pepper powder
2 eggs
40 g butter
1 tablespoon flour
200 ml of milk
1 tip of a grated nutmeg knife
salt
40 g grated cheese
oil for spreading sheets

Spinach / stevia scalded / boiled in salted water (separately) drain well, then chop them and mix them with grated telemeau, a freshly ground pepper powder and 2 beaten eggs.

Grease 2 sheets of pie with oil, then place a thin layer of spinach and stevia composition on half the length of the pie sheets. Roll the sheets and place them in a tray lined with baking paper. We make a spiral from these rolls.

Melt the butter in a pan, add the flour and mix well with the butter. After the composition is homogenized, add the milk a little, stirring lightly. Season with salt and nutmeg powder and simmer until it begins to thicken. Pour the sauce over the spinach rolls.

Sprinkle a little grated cheese and put in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.


600 gr flour
300 ml warm milk
300 gr fresh or frozen spinach
1 sachet of yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
250 gr salted cheese
150 gr fat or cottage cheese
150 gr butter
sesame, flax seeds
1 egg yolk

Filling
Grated salted cheese or crumbled with a fork, mix it with cottage cheese or cottage cheese.

In a bowl put flour with salt and make a small hole in the middle.
In a bowl, mix the yeast with 1 tablespoon of flour and 3-4 tablespoons of warm milk. Stir until it becomes like a paste. Put this composition in the flour bowl, cover and leave for 10 minutes in a warm place. Add warm milk and boiled spinach, drained well and finely chopped, then knead to form a soft and elastic dough, but not sticky. Divide the dough into 4 parts.
Spread each sheet as thin as we can, sprinkling flour. Grease the first sheet with butter that we melted in the microwave (30 sec), then put the second sheet and grease it with butter. We put half of the filling and roll. We do the same with the rest of the two sheets.
After rolling them, grease them with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds and flax seeds. It is placed in a tray in which I put baking paper. Place in the preheated oven at 180 gr for 50 minutes.
